A special Gondal court sentenced Kantilal Baldha, a former acting-additional public prosecutor, and Premjibhai Chauhan, a now-suspended bailiff, to four years of rigorous imprisonment and Rs 60,000 penalty under provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act Friday.
