India146;s gold rush continues Down Under

Jaspal Rana teamed up with Samaresh Jung to fetch India the gold in the men8217;s standard pistol event in the Commonwealth Shooting championship here today.

With the gold, two silver and one bronze medal on the second day of the competition, India8217;s medal tally read nine. Meena Kumari and Deepali Deshpande won the silver in the sports rifle prone women8217;s event. Surender Rathod and Sushil Ghaley got the bronze in the free rifle prone.
