Suniel to play a cameo in Mental

Suniel Shetty has been roped in for a cameo in Sohail Khan’s film tentatively titled Mental. The actor,who plays an army officer in the film,shot for his part last week at a farm house near Panvel. Salman Khan plays the protagonist while Nadira Babbar,Tabu,Ashmit Patel,Sana Khan and Daisy Shah form the rest of the cast.

Shahid loses rambo title

Not only has the title Rambo Rajkumar been changed to R… Rajkumar in Prabhu Dheva’s upcoming film but Shahid Kapoor’s character,called Rambo Rajkumar in the film,will also be changed. The name change in the title and character has come after objections by the makers of Hollywood’s Rambo,starring Sylvester Stallone. The film is being produced by Eros International and Next Gen Films.

Amitabh signs up Vidhu Chopra’s next

Amitabh Bachchan has confirmed he will be doing Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s next production. The story which is still in the development stages will be directed by Bejoy Nambiar (of Shaitan and David fame). Bachchan had earlier worked in Chopra’s 2007 drama Eklavya: The Royal Guard,as a royal guard who protected Devigarh.
