Get ready for the SJOBA bash
Come December and it’s time for the St Johns Old Boys Association (SJOBA) to get in touch and how. The annual reunion is scheduled for December 21, 22 and 24 at St. Johns School and during the reunion, SJOBA will also pay homage to the innocent lives lost in Mumbai on 26/11. A 14-member SJOBA team is spearheading the logistics of the entire reunion, “our basic objective is to ensure that fellow Johnians, young and old, meet up and keep in touch with their old classmates and friends,” chorus Chitranjan Agarwal, Akshay Verma, Polly, Vaibhav, Hemant, Sampat, Nagu, Vishal, Vipul, Arjun, Devin, Aakash, Ranbir and Gunbir. “To reinforce the spirit of teamwork, we will be first having the Tag Heuer Treasure Hunt on December 21. The event of December 22 -‘Audi presents SJOBA Evening’- will have a performance of Vir Das. On December 24, at the Tag Heuer SJOBA Reunion, a special area will be demarcated, where our members can pay their homage to the victims of 26/11 by lighting candles,” explained Chitranjan Agarwal, President, SJOBA. As has been the SJOBA tradition, the event will be open only to SJOBA members, their spouses and girl friends.
