Little rock arkansas: Former Arkansas State employee Paula Jones said she was 8220;just really happy8221; that a federal judge cited President Bill Clinton for civil contempt. 8220;I am just really happy. Pampered Spanish pig just can8217;t get over being a dog
Madrid: A Spanish pig which had been brought up as a dog went into a depression when forced to live with other pigs, the daily ElMundo has reported. The owners of the 80-kilo male pig, Trufo, had treated it like a pet dog, walking it on a leash, feeding it milk and biscuits, washing it with shampoo and teaching it to sit on its back feet, the daily reported on Tuesday. But when the owners moved to France, the one-year-old pig was left at a pig farm near Madrid, and fell into a month-long depression because it could not stand the bad smells and the pig fodder. Trufo was finally cheered up by the arrival of a female, and 8220;assumed its condition of a pig8221; though still expecting to be kissed good night, the daily said.
Handing it to him: New Yorker walks8217; down skyscraper
New York: A salesman won hands-down, literally, in his attempt to set a Guinness world record. Mark Kenny, 34, on Tuesday walked on his hands down 1,200 steps of Manhattan8217;s Citicorp building, besting the previous mark for the same distance in the Guinness Book of World Records by over four minutes. 8220;My ears are popping,8221; Kenny said on the 60thfloor before setting out to make his mark, which he achieved in 51 minutes and 22 seconds. At the halfway point, he said he told himself, 8220;All right I8217;ve done halfway, I can do it again.8221; Kenny trained for the feat by practising on his cellar stairs, as well as by sneaking into skyscrapers8217; fire stairwells. Kenny set his first Guinness world record in 1994 by completing the 50-metre dash on his hands in 16.9 seconds. He added a second record in 1997 when he hand walked down 77 steps in 39.04 seconds, a record he broke on Tuesday by three seconds. During his upright hours, Kenny sells athletic equipment, although he said he sometimes demonstrates treadmills by walking on his hands.
