Skill development training for university non-teaching staff

However,the university has not yet made it compulsory for anyone,” the official said.

The ASC will start the new batch in the last week of July and the programme will be conducted in batches of 25. WN Gade,director,Board of College and University Development said,“There is a constant need for the teaching as well as non-teaching staff to keep upgrading their skills. There have been training programmes in the past for managerial skills as well. Most of the professional organisations have this feature; it is important that we have similar features.”
