Police step up security in city

Security has been beefed up across the city as intelligence alerts suggested that Pune is still on terror radar. Police forces have been deployed at strategic locations to prevent any untoward incident from happening,sources said. The police said the suspects arrested in the J M Road blasts case had revealed plans to attack Dilkhushnagar in Hyderabad and Bodh Gaya temple in Bihar. Both the places were struck by terror attacks.
