Big 10 for Bishops Co-Ed

Bishops Co-Ed School,Kalyaninagar,rode on a hat-trick each by Keith Evans and Raol Ovalekar to register a huge 10-0 win over Sheth R N Shah School in the 8th edition

Bishops Co-Ed School,Kalyaninagar,rode on a hat-trick each by Keith Evans and Raol Ovalekar to register a huge 10-0 win over Sheth R N Shah School in the 8th edition of The Bishops Invitational Football Tournament 2013 at the Undri ground. The victory was the biggest of the day and the second highest of the tournament so far.

St Vincents High School had a winning day out with their Under-16 and Under-12 teams scoring contrasting wins. However,their Under-14s had to settle for a draw with Hutchings HS.

A goal each by Saad Shaikh and Pranav Bhandari helped St Vincents U-16s down Army Public School 2-0. In the U-12 section,St Vincents had Amos Chavan,who starred with a brace as they registered a thumping victory over Pawar Public School 7-0.

However,in the U-14 section Shreyas Jadhavs 35th minute equalizer turned out to be the saving grace after Hutchings High School took the lead as Neel Bhandari scored in the ninth minute.

Meanwhile,Bishops School,Camp,continued their impressive run downing Pawar Public School 7-0 in the U-14 section. The win was their second after they impressed on the opening day by scoring a dozen goals. Army Public School opened their account downing Vibgyor HS 1-0,courtesy an Abhishekh Yadav strike.
