Youths damage Suv

A person suffered minor injuries when his SUV was damaged by a few unidentified persons near Government Museum and Art Gallery,Sector 10,on Wednesday afternoon.

The incident occurred when Zirakpur resident Jaspreet,a first year student of Khalsa College,Sector 26,accompanied by his friends Sahil and Balbir,were travelling in their Endevour SUV. Car owner Jaspreet told police that an i10 car stopped in front of their SUV after which they came out of their car. However,they were made to run as a person brandishing a sword stepped out of the car.

Jaspreet alleged the miscreants then smashed the windowpanes of his SUV with sticks and swords,and fled. He lodged a police complaint.
