Return of cold wave? Maximum slips again

The cold wave seems to be making a comeback,with the maximum temperature dipping by four degrees Celsius on Monday.

The cold wave seems to be making a comeback,with the maximum temperature dipping by four degrees Celsius on Monday. Day temperature on Monday was 15.4 degrees,5 degrees Celsius below normal.

On Sunday,the maximum temperature was 19.4 degrees Celsius.

Due to thick fog in morning and evening,visibility was reduced. The minimum temperature at 5.2 degrees Celsius was also one degree below normal on Monday.

The Met department said in addition to the fog,cold wave conditions would continue for the next two days. Maximum temperature is likely to dip further.
