Anniversary celebrated
The 218th anniversary of Corps of Engineers of the Army was celebrated with traditional gusto and fervour at 811 Engineer Regiment ONGC TA here on Thursday. The programme commanded by Col Arun Kumar Pande was attended by distinguished senior Army, Air Force, police, ONGC and civil dignitaries.
EME committee
The Electrical and Mechanical Engineering EME School will host the 15th EME Training Advisory Committee ETAC from November 19 to 20. Constituted in 1988, ETAC aims at tapping optimal potential of tradesmen by revitalising the training for greater effectiveness to cater to the needs of environment and technology.

Teachers8217; meet
The Primary Teacher8217;s Forum has organised a two-day workshop on November 23 and 24 at the Bright Day School, VIP Road, to prepare proxy material to be used by a teacher substituting another during the proxy period. The non-textual yet supplementary material will be prepared for classes I to VII of English medium schools. Interested school principals may contact Bright Day on or before November 20 for registration.
Report released
A compendium of papers and the report of the National Seminar on Pupil Evaluation, organised by the Centre of Advanced Study in Education , Faculty of Education and Psychology, MSU, was released by the Centre on Children8217;s Day.
