Symbiosis secondary lift U-14 title
In an all-Symbiosis school affair, the secondary school boys pipped primary school 25-22, 25-21 to lift the Multi Games District Sports Council, Pune organised inter-school boys under-14 section title here today.

For the winners, Varun Bhosekar, Udayan Bedekar and Aditya Jagtap struck a winning combination, earning most of the points for their team. Shreedhar Bhalerao, Nikhil Maduskar did well for the primary school.

Meanwhile, in the boys under-17 section, Symbiosis secondary school took a step further in winning another title, as they entered the semifinal stage defeating Modern school 25-6, 25-12. Joining Symbiosis in the last four, is Bal Shikshan Mandal school, Sadhana Vidyalaya (Hadapsar) abd Katariya school.

Harshal, Dipti shine
Harshal Mundphan and Dipti Nahar bagged the first place in boys and girls 12 to 14 years age group for regulars in the rink race skating organised by the Team Extreme roller skating club on Sunday.

In the beginners group, Anand Onkar and Priyanka Paraswar ruled the 12-16 age group race.
Regulars: Boys U-6: Pranay Dhole Patil, Yash Shah, Amay Kale. 8-10 yrs: Akash Khatri, Mayur Doke, Nikhil Konde. 10-12 yrs: Tanmay Kulkarni, Chirag Sancheti, Anand Rashankar. 12-14 yrs: Harshal Mundphan, Rohan Sameer Kharpudikar.
Girls U-6: Kalyani Shirlekar, Jay Sakhalkar, Namasvi Ajmera. 6-8 yrs: Manasi Bhide, Ankita Mahangade, Abha Choubal. 8-10 yrs: Rama Dhole Patil, Manasi Patil, Aditi Shrikumar. 10-12 yrs: Tanushree Mahajan, Purva Oswal, Sonali Thorat. 12-14 yrs: Urmila Nanaware. Above 14 yrs: Dipti Nahar, Sucheta Kharpudikar, Rohini Jagannath.
