These are essential elements not only in selecting ones wardrobe but also in choosing the right hairstyle,8221; says the judge of subtitle 8216;Best Hair and Best Skin8217; at the Victoria Face of the Year Awards8217;08, Pramod Dewan. Held at Headmasters, Sector 8, here about 20 girls participated in the event.

The winners of the contest will be announced on December 29 at the grand finale to be held at Bristol Hotel, Zirakpur.
