Addressing the African National Congress Women8217;s League in South Africa, All India Mahila Congress president Prabha Thakur said that the 8220;brave women8221; of the Congress had literally shielded this historic piece of paper from 8220;insecure male parliamentarians8221; to introduce it in the Upper House.
