What8217;s your most important meal of the day?
That8217;s definitely breakfast. I know that if I skip it, my metabolism will go haywire; you need a good metabolic rate to maintain a healthy weight.

What8217;s the best diet you8217;ve been on?
I never diet. I love food and could never starve. I just eat healthy. I call it 8216;eating clean8217;8212;lots of fruits and vegetables and whole grains. I eat at home as often as I can.

What8217;s your one weakness?
I absolutely love chocolate and sugar in general8212;anything sweet is always a temptation for me.

What8217;s your most effective work-out regime?
I like doing weights. They keep me in shape. I also run a lot, but I consider it a pleasure, not exercise.

How did you get lean for Neal 8216;n8217; Nikki?
I began working out six days a week, and I still do that to keep the weight off. Uday Chopra and I kept each other motivated during filming and stuck to our strict work-out regimes.
