What’s your most important meal of the day?That’s definitely breakfast. I know that if I skip it, my metabolism will go haywire; you need a good metabolic rate to maintain a healthy weight.What’s the best diet you’ve been on?I never diet. I love food and could never starve. I just eat healthy. I call it ‘eating clean’—lots of fruits and vegetables and whole grains. I eat at home as often as I can. What’s your one weakness?I absolutely love chocolate and sugar in general—anything sweet is always a temptation for me.What’s your most effective work-out regime?I like doing weights. They keep me in shape. I also run a lot, but I consider it a pleasure, not exercise.How did you get lean for Neal ‘n’ Nikki?I began working out six days a week, and I still do that to keep the weight off.
