May: City to co-host MBL

The Haveli Taluka Badminton Association,with support from Pune and Thane District Badminton Associations under the aegis of Maharashtra Badminton Association,are set to host the first ever Maharashtra Badminton League.

The Haveli Taluka Badminton Association,with support from Pune and Thane District Badminton Associations under the aegis of Maharashtra Badminton Association,are set to host the first ever Maharashtra Badminton League (MBL). The league will kick off from Pune on May 7 and will be held in Pune and Thane on all weekends (Saturdays / Sundays).

The event will conclude on May 22 .

The official Logo of the Maharashtra Badminton League was unveiled during the conference. Noted badminton player and the former MBA president Nandu Natekar,PDMBA secretary SV Natu and Girish Natu,Thane district secretary Shrikant Vad,Mumbai suburban president Anil Mahesh,Avinash Jadhav,Kumar Tamhane – vice presidents of HTBA,Uday Sane,organising secretary of MBL and HTBA along with the representatives of various district associations were also present.
