11th floor cave-in: 4 arrested

Following the death of three labourers,who died when the under construction gallery on the 11th floor of Siddhivinayak Anutej Project’s Crystal Castle building in Wadgaon Dhayari collapsed,on Saturday evening,the Haveli police have arrested four persons,including the labour contractor and a civil engineer.

The accused are Prashant Ramesh Dakule of Pimple Gurav,Dhananjay Tukaram Kadam of Nigdi,Sanjeevan Baburao Bodhekar of Dhayari and Kakasaheb Vitthal Bandiwan of Sukhsagar Nagar.

The police have also booked the owners and partners of Siddhi Vinayak Anutej Project and Trimurty Construction officials under Section of 304 of Indian Penal Code.

The wooden base of the under construction gallery on which the labourers were standing on collapsed. They fell down and died on the spot.
