New Delhi:A Delhi court has upheld a Juvenile Justice Board order to discard the school records of a youth,arrested for allegedly selling drugs,and decide his claim of juvenility through a medical examination. The court was hearing an appeal by the youth,who said JJB’s inquiry to determine the credibility of records produced by his school was unnecessary.

Teen alleges rape

New Delhi:A teenage girl was raped allegedly by her neighbour in a car in Northwest Delhi on Saturday night. The incident was reported from Kanjhawala,and a 21-year-old barber has been arrested. Medical examination of the girl confirmed rape.
