File criminal case: Cong

State Congress president Arjun Modhwadia today demanded registration of a criminal case in the Rs 400-crore fishing contract “scam” involving fisheries minister Purushottam Solanki and probe by a team of senior police officers.

Addressing mediapersons,he alleged that Chief Minister Narendra Modi and some CMO officials were also involved in the scam.

Modhwadia alleged it was because of their involvement that neither a criminal case had been booked so far nor an inquiry initiated in the case despite the High Court terminating the fishing contract and directing action against those involved in contract without tender.
