ABOUT Himesh Reshammiya
Popular in the entertainment industry for his incomparable singing style, Himesh Reshammiya has been entertaining his audience since 1998 as a singer and music composer . The 43-year-old singer turned actor originally hails from Gujarat. Among the lesser known things about him exists the fact that before starting his career as a music producer, he produced several television serials, including Amar Prem and Andaaz on Zee TV. Moreover, sources suggest that in 2010, music video director Roman White directed videos of Reshammiya's first international album in English, named '@ Da Edge'. He has also adjudged singing shows like 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge' on Zee TV, 'Music Ka Maha Muqabla' on Star Plus and ' Sur Kshetra' on Sahara One. He made his debut as an actor in 2007 in the movie, 'Aap Ka Surroor and was recently in news for his latest 'Tera Surroor'. He has also won the prestigious 13th Dadasaheb Phalke Academy Award for the Best Supporting Actor in 2012 for the movie 'Khiladi 786.'
