The protesting teenagers are apparently fans of social media influencer Hindustani Bhau, who recently posted a video stating that offline exams should not be held in view of the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic.
A government resolution issued late Tuesday said that while colleges can begin offline operations, online mode of learning has to continue for those who are not fully vaccinated.
