UP minority panel 145;suggests146; dress code

If hardline Hindu organisations can impose a dress code on college going girls, the UP minority commission isn8217;t lagging behind either. After Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad managed to force some Kanpur colleges to ban skirts and jeans for girls, it is the minority commission8217;s turn to 8216;8216;advise8217;8217; Muslim and Christian schools to impose dress code.
