CHENNAI, May 5: The Madras High Court has directed the Crime Branch of the CID Metro to inquire into the alleged quot;disappearancequot; of a passenger, who arrived at the Chennai Airport from Dubai in the second week of January. The passenger had with him 10 kgs of gold and electronic goods worth lakhs of rupees.

A division bench comprising Justice V S Sirpurkar and Justice V Kanakaraj was passing orders on a habeas corpus petition from Mohammed Ali Jinnah, who alleged that his brother-in-law Mohammed Ibrahim was missing from the airport.
