Journey towards quality useful8217;
Vikram Shah, managing director, Novell, today said that the journey towards achieving quality was highy useful in the long run. He was speaking on Quality: A CEO8217;s perspective8217; in a national convention on Software Quality organised by the Pune Chapter of the Computer Society of India CSI. Earlier, Nital Lal, vice president, CSI, inaugurated the convention.

Shah said that after adopting quality process, his organisation had achieved results such as less staff turnover, increase in productivity, timely execution and ultimately resulting in customer satisfaction.
