The Delhi University, Academic Council (AC) approved 30 new courses, added 282 seats to existing courses and launched 10 new vocational courses which all will be implemented from the academic year 2019-20 onwards. The Florence Nightingale College of Nursing will now provide B.Sc. Nursing (hon) through DU. To cater to the increased seats, the administration is expecting to create 3000 new teaching jobs.
