Legal services adalat
Delhi Legal Services Authority held its 110th Lok Adalat at the Patiala house here on Sunday. In this Adalat 251 of the 488 cases pending before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunals MACT ended in compromise. The aggrieved parties in the cases were awarded a compensation of over Rs 3.63 crore. The Lok Adalat was sponsored by National Insurance Company Ltd and all the adalat benches were presided over by either senior judges or retired judges or senior advocates.

Prajapati Sabha
The Delhi Pradesh Prajapati Sabha organised a function at Shah auditorium for eligible males and females. Inaugrating the function, Chief Minister Sahib Singh Verma said that the Sabha has been performing exemplary service ever since it came into existence. Accepting the ten-point charter of the Prajapati Sabha, he said that most of the points raised by them were valid. He also gave the society Rs 1,01,000 and a piece of land.

Blood donation camp
Lions Club Delhi Creative organised a blood donation camp in Laxmi Nagar Market in association with the BJP Mandal of Laxmi Nagar and the Bharatiya Janta Yuva Morcha, on Sunday.
