Public notice on motels regularisation
NEW DELHI:The Delhi Development Authority has issued public notice inviting suggestions and objections for regularisation of motels,whose plans were either sanctioned or proposal given consent by February 7,2007. Also included are motels whose matter was under examination,challenged in court,had been given approval by DDA or MCD or was not acceded to due to enforcement of Master Plan-2021,on February 7,2007.
Two entrances closed at Kashmere Gate station
NEW DELHI:The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) on Tuesday said entry and exit gates number five and six of the Kashmere Gate Metro station (near Shahdara Flyover) will be closed from May 15. This is being done to facilitate construction of the upcoming new underground Metro station at Kashmere Gate on the Central Secretariat-Kashmere Gate corridor under Phase- III.
Airport Metro offers family discount
NEW DELHI:Airport Metro commuters will be able to avail discounted fare if they travel with their families. A family of four can travel from New Delhi to Dwarka for Rs 100 per person,as opposed to the full fare of Rs 180. We have been devising such schemes that will benefit commuters. Family fares are introduced to facilitate people who travel with their families, an official said.
