Pak SC issues stay against Gwadar port
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Supreme Court on Wednesday issued a stay order against the Gwadar port contract,which would have seen the transferring of the Gwadar Port Authoritys land to the Singapore Authority,the Daily Times reported Thursday. Accepting the Balochistan governments petition for making it a party in the case,the court also issued notices to all respondents.
