MUMBAI, JANUARY 29: Avantel Softech Ltd, a telecom company involved in design, development and manufacture of access products and wireless equipment, is entering the capital market on February 10 with a public issue of 13,38,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a premium of Rs 40 per share aggregating Rs 6.69 crore. The Hyderabad-based firm is now extending its business into high-end software sector particularly in telecom software and ERP to offer solutions by integrating internet, E-commerce, client-server and networking technologies.
