
IF THERE8217;S SOMETHING I ENJOY as much as making a good movie, it has to be cooking. I think the love for food is in my genes. I come from Delhi where peo-ple start worrying about dinner while still having their lunch. My family owns a restaurant in Delhi8217;s Hauz Khas village8212;Baoji Ka Dhaba. After my dad re-tired, we opened a restaurant for him. We8217;ve also got an award for the best restau-rant in the country.
Apart from cooking, I also like buying things for the kitchen8212;be it juicers, masalas, herbs, forks, spoons or electronic items. If I see something new during travel, I just pick it up.
I love experimenting with herbs and spices. I can cook most cuisines8212;Chinese, Indian, Thai etc. I don8217;t even follow recipes. I just use whatever is available.
