Maharashtra Cricket Association beat Cadence Cricket Academy by two wickets in the final of the Cadence Trophy 2010.
Batting first,Cadence produced a dismal batting performance,scoring at an extremely slow rate while failing to keep their wickets intact.
MCA managed to bowl them out for just 94 in 38.1 overs,and none of their batsmen crossed 20.
Shubham Kothari was the pick of the MCA bowlers,taking 3 wickets and giving away only 19 runs in the 9 overs he bowled.
Raviraj Patil and Swapnil Gambhire also chipped in with two wickets each.
MCA also lost wickets at regular intervals,but managed to hold on for a two-wicket victory.
Opener Pranav Kela was the top-scorer in the match with 36 runs,said a press note.
