Pak intruder shot dead

A Pakistani intruder,nearly 35 years of age,was shot dead at the border outpost of Dera Baba Nanak town in Gurdaspur district on Saturday night,BSF authorities said. BSF Head Constable Mala Ram and Constable Satara Singh returned fire after the Pakistani intruder opened fire after being spotted in the border fence lights,a senior BSF official said.

A Chinese-make pistol,eight rounds,four SIM cards and a pack of cigarettes with a match stick was recovered by the BSF from the spot.
