New Delhi, Feb 09 (ANI): The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) workers staged a protest outside Delhi Jal Board Chairman Kapil Mishra’s residence on Tuesday. They raised slogans against Mishra over non-payment of dues. The protestors also threw garbage outside Mishra’s residence. The agitators raised slogans against Kapil Mishra and also carried placards with messages denouncing the minister.

New Delhi, Jan 27 (ANI): Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) workers protested outside Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence over non-payment of dues, which are due for months. It is resulting in immense financial burden on them. This is for the second time this month that the MCD employees are on a strike. The MCD officials said as a result of the protest, MCD services will be affected for some days. The cash-strapped North and East Delhi civic bodies have been unable to pay salaries to workers for three to four months now. There are over one lakh sanitation workers waiting for their salaries.
