DIET: I am not fussy about my food. Eating is just a part of my routine. I don8217;t belong to the bracket which lives to eat. I strongly believe one needs to exercise properly to keep fit and that food can8217;t make all the difference in a fitness regime. I never take any precautions, I eat what I like and mostly prefer home-cooked food. I have a sweet tooth and love 8216;8216;sinful8217;8217; stuff like hot chocolate fudge and kulfi.

EXERCISE: I spend an hour everyday on exercises. My regimen constitutes of jogging, then regular stretching, light weights, pull-ups and working out with dumb bells. I have been thinking of taking time out for some sort of meditation. I believe one needs a certain mindset to actually meditate everyday and I feel the time has come for me to actually sit down and do it.

PROBLEM AREA: It8217;s non-existent!
