Favourable verdict for RWITC

December 19: The Royal Western India Turf Club, Ltd. have issued the press note stating that in the matter of Writ Petition came up for admission last week. The Writ Petition was filed challenging the directives issued by the Regional Director, Company Affairs, whereby the Club was directed to amend its Articles. The office bearers and committee members of the Club were restrained from acting as office bearers and committee members of the Club, according to a High court order.
