As many as 146 cases of diarrhoea and vomiting were reported from the Manjalpur area in the city on Monday. Even as the Health department of the Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) has ruled out water contamination to be the reason, the real cause is yet to be known.

A team of doctors was rushed to treat the patients who came from Kumbhar Wada,Navapura,Kadam Falia and Haveli no Falio areas of Manjalpur.
