The strange scene of a woman taking a bath in the river while completely covered in the poisonous froth was caught on camera. In a surprising turn of events, she even shampooed her hair using the foamy layer. Four others joined her, and as they bathed in the contaminated water, they all appeared to be laughing and joking.

The video, which has garnered over a million views, was shared with the caption, “Arre didi woh shampoo nahi hai
(Sister, that is not shampoo.)” It quickly went viral, sparking a flood of comments from viewers who were shocked and amused by the woman’s carefree attitude toward the hazardous toxins they were immersing themselves in.
One user wrote, “If we really care about people, law and this country, a lot of people should be punished for this!” Another user said, “Education plays a crucial role here. It’s heartbreaking to see people using this water, unaware of the health issues they may face.”

Experts believe that high concentrations of untreated sewage and industrial contaminants in the water are the combined source of the formation of foam in the river.
