Bigg Boss 19: Malti Chahar evicted; Gaurav Khanna, Tanya Mittal, Farrhana Bhatt, Amaal Mallik, Pranit More are finalists

Just 3 days before the Bigg Boss 19 grand finale, cricketer Deepak Chahar's sister Malti got evicted from the Salman Khan-hosted reality show giving Bigg Boss 19 its top 5 finalists.

Bigg Boss 19 eviction: With just 3 days left for the grand finale of Bigg Boss 19, the contestants have been witnessing their journey unfold on the show. Until now, the show has found its top 6 in Gaurav Khanna, Tanya Mittal, Farrhana Bhatt, Amaal Mallik, Pranit More, and Malti Chahar. Coming so close to the finish line, the contestants were in for a shocker with a mid-week eviction. Unfortunately, it was actor-director Malti Chahar who got evicted from the Salman Khan-hosted show.

Malti, who is cricketer Deepak Chahar’s sister, entered Bigg Boss 19 as a wild card contestant. While she joined the show a month after others, Malti didn’t feel very welcomed by other contestants. Throughout her journey on the show, Malti failed to build a strong connection with other contestants. She managed to become good friends with Pranit More, but was at loggerheads with many others. During her stint on the show, Malti claimed that she was brought in to elevate the drama in the game, and she did.

Another highlight from Malti’s journey was when she claimed she was bullied in the house. The actress also got very emotional after her sexuality was questioned by Kunickaa Sadanand. While her journey on Bigg Boss 19 was quite bumpy, what further caused friction was when she spoke about her equation with Amaal Mallik even before the show.

On the show, Malti had revealed that she had interacted with Amaal outside in a personal capacity. While Amaal denied her claims, in a recent episode, Malti revealed that Amaal had also texted her, “Hey, gorgeous,” after they had met outside. During the recently held media press conference, Malti was asked if she had any romantic feelings for Pranit or Amaal, which she denied and said Pranit has been a very good friend, and her equation with Amaal has not been great on the show.

Now with Malti evicted, the show has found its top 5 in Gaurav Khanna, Tanya Mittal, Farrhana Bhatt, Amaal Mallik, and Pranit More. Bigg Boss 19 grand finale is scheduled to happen on 7th December at 9 pm on Jio Hotstar and at 10:30 pm on Colors TV.
