New Delhi: Manufacturing units in SEZs can now sub-contract work for up to three years,instead of just one year allowed so far,as the government has relaxed the norms to help boost shipments from special economic zones.

SBI raises fixed deposit rate by 0.2%

New Delhi: State Bank of India (SBI) has raised fixed deposit rate by 0.2 per cent on select maturity. With the revision,term deposit between 180-210 days less than Rs 1 crore would now earn 7 per cent against existing 6.80 per cent.
