Unlike other members of the Cabinet,Telecommunication Minister A Raja learnt about Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjees birthday from the Opposition. Raja was heard saying that he got to know about the birthday when BJP leader Sushma Swaraj wished him. Raja immediately directed his staff to get a bouquet and then rushed to Mukherjees room to greet him.
