Anil Ambani8217;s Reliance Energy and Reliance Natural Resources are set to win coal bed methane CBM gas blocks in India, beating ONGC and Reliance Industries, a source said. UK oil major BP Plc, and Australia8217;s Arrow Energy are other winners.

Director General of Hydrocarbons has recommended that nine blocks will be awarded to three separate consortia led by Reliance Energy, Arrow Energy India, and US-based Coalgas Mart LLC.
