Nupur Sanon-Stebin Ben’s love story

Nupur and Stebin have been dating for the last five years. They met professionally, and while they worked together on a few music videos, they eventually started dating. Recently, Nupur told The Times of India in an interview how she broke the news of her relationship to her family. She shared this news first with her sister, Kriti Sanon, and a few months later, she broke the news to her mother. Revealing that her mother was initially unsure, it was Kriti’s assurance that led things to fall into place.

Nupur Sanon and Stebin Ben’s wedding

It all started with the couple sharing photos from their proposal on 3rd January. Flaunting her engagement ring, Nupur wrote on Instagram, “In a world full of maybes, I found the easiest YES I’ve ever had to say.” Soon after, Nupur and Stebin headed to Udaipur for their wedding festivities. The celebrations took place between the 9th and 11th January. While the couple got married in a Christian ceremony first, they later took the plunge through Hindu traditions as well.

Talking about the celebrations, the newlyweds said in an interview to TOI that they wanted to “blend both the cultures beautifully,” and they made sure the wedding reflected both worlds. While Stebin shared that their intimate wedding had only the closest of people, Nupur also revealed how they rehearsed for sangeet performances in Mumbai as and when they got time.

The couple also revealed that other than them sharing their ‘personalised’ vows during the Christian ceremony, their family and close friends also spoke about them and shared stories, making the ceremony all the more special. Some other special moments that the couple recalled from the Udaipur celebrations were when Nupur’s sister Kriti delivered a fun performance with Varun Sharma during the Sangeet ceremony. Stebin fondly spoke of Sonu Nigam and Sukhbir’s live performances.

After the intimate Udaipur wedding where they tied the knot as per Hindu and Christian rituals, the couple threw a star-studded reception party for the film industry on Tuesday in Mumbai. Superstar Salman Khan, who previously worked with Stebin in The Da-Bangg Tour, graced the celebration. Other celebrities who also attended the reception were Iulia Vantur, Mouni Roy, Disha Patani, Ankita Lokhande, Hina Khan, Rakulpreet Singh, Jackky Bhagnani, Neha Dhupia, Veer Pahariya, and Isha Malviya.
