PANCHKULA, March 17: The Advisor of Residents Welfare Association, Col D. C. Bhalla submitted a copy of the stay order dated 1.11.98 under Justice G. S. Mittal and Justice S. S. Sodhi to the Estate Officer, N. K. Singla, though HUDA continued it8217;s demolition drive.

When contacted by Newsline, Bhalla said that the stay order has not yet been vacated and the complaint was signed by J. D. Sharma who was one of those who had applied for the stay and also Dr S. K. Chabbra, president of the Resident Welfare Society, Sector 7. The Copy was submitted at 3 p.m.
