November 23: Cheryl simmons won two gold medals and one silver in the Bombay City District Amateur Athletic Association meet at the University Stadium today.
The St Agnes girl grabbed the 300 metres and the 80m gold and was placed second in the long jump. Aleena Dias won the gold in this event and finished second to Cheryl in the 80m.
Asad Khatau won the 300m and long jump gold in the under-12 boys8217; and the silver in the 80m which was won by Mrugank Desai of Our Lady of Fatima.
