No change in status of J-K: PM
Predicting a 8220;better climate8221; for the troubled state, Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee today assured that there was no move to change the special status enjoyed by Jammu and Kashmir. Vajpayee said this at a press conference in Srinagar during his first-ever visit to the state as Prime Minister. Answering a question about the fate of Article 370 the Prime Minister said there was no proposal to change the status.
