MUMBAI, August 20: Two persons who fell prey to a trap set by the Anti-Corruption Bureau ACB have been remanded to judicial custody by two metropolitan courts.
Manik Gaus Rangani, a telephone exchange employee, was caught redhanded while accepting a bribe of Rs 1,500 and has been remanded until August 28 by Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Usha Iyer. In another incident, a government-run dairy employee was nabbed while accepting a bribe of Rs 2,000 and was remanded till August 25 by Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate A A Kidwai.
