The victim was a nine-year-old boy, Arpit, who resided at Abheypur. The Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Dr Mukta Kumar, said: "Cases started coming in in the afternoon. This particular child had been brought dead to the hospital. The child had been sick since previous night as per their family members."

Khatima (Uttarakhand), Feb 11 (ANI): At least 20 school children were taken ill and admitted to a community health centre after they were allegedly administered deworming medicine on the National Deworming Day in Uttarakhand’s Udham Singh Nagar district on Wednesday. The condition of children started deteriorating reportedly after they were administered doses of Albendazole tablets at Government Girls Inter College. Chief Medical Officer said a medical team was sent there, and after preliminary check-up they were admitted to the hospital. He added that they are stable now.
