A 28-year-old Kashmiri shawl vendor was allegedly assaulted by a group linked to a right-wing outfit in Kashipur, with a video of the incident surfacing on social media.
Paka Hanumanthu and another male Maoist and two female cadres of the CPI (Maoist) were killed in the encounter in Odisha’s Kandhamal district, officials said.
