Illusionist transports people magically in a few seconds from one box to another. Watch

As the host rolled a wheel to select the participants, it fell on the colour black. So participants wearing black t-shirts were instructed to go inside a glass box. They were told by Diaz to put their hands on the sides of the platform glass and cover their eyes with blindfolds provided to them. They were also asked not to move.

Another, similar empty glass box was close by. As the boxes started spinning, they got covered with a silver cloth. After a few seconds, when the cloth was raised, the volunteers were seen standing in the same order in the other box, leaving everyone stunned.

The hosts seemed lost for words after seeing the magic trick. “Magician Antonio Diaz @ElMagoPop is set to make his Broadway debut next month. He stops by the TODAY plaza to teleport some volunteers in a mind-blowing trick!” says the caption of the video. Broadway is the centre of commercial theatre in the US.

“My husband and I both went WOW while we watched this live – AMAZING!!” commented an X/Twitter user. “Black tshirt team we’re definitely plants. Watch it again. Absolutely no emotion when they ‘appeared’ in the other box. Still a nifty trick but the ‘volunteers’ were plants 100%,” said another. “Did he invent teleportation? I hope there wasn’t any bugs in the chamber,” another netizen wrote.

Many netizens also speculated that the volunteers had twins who came out of the other box.
