‘Cool to try!’: Artist’s amazing woodwork has netizens in awe

Another person said, “This is one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen…that seems like it would be insanely difficult”. “As an artist myself I am more impressed with this man’s talent with carving. The piece is amazing,” wrote the third.

In May, a video showing an artist making cricketer Virat Kohli’s portrait on a wooden block by burning the wood’s surface using a magnifying glass and sunlight went viral. This unique portrait was done by Tamil Nadu native Vignesh, who describes himself as India’s first sunlight artist on Instagram.
